Many producers only feed grain at the end of the growing cycle. We feed grain as early as the cattle can digest it (2-3 weeks old) This provides a superior marbling, fat quality, and finish to our beef.

We specialize in raising holstein-angus crossbred beef cattle. The best of both worlds- acquiring the superior marbling from holstein genetics, and the exceptional flavor from angus genetics.

We strive to ensure that our cattle live in stress free conditions. While they are being raised for consumption, it is important to us that they are treated gently and have all their needs met, at all times.

We strive to keep our operations as local as possible. We have always bought our calves from Tremont, IL farmers, and have always taken our finished animals to the local butcher shops- to sell to local consumers like you!

While it might seem like a lot of money up front; bulk beef orders are actually economical. Typically you will pay just as much money; cut for cut; at a big supermarket, as you will purchasing a bulk portion from us. On top of that, there is obvious quality, health, and flavor benefits.
