Our Cattle

Many producers only feed grain at the end of the growing cycle. We feed grain as early as the cattle can digest it (2-3 weeks old) This provides a superior marbling, fat quality, and finish to our beef. 

NO antibiotics, and NO growth hormones used. We pride ourselves in providing a product that can be trusted, and that you, our customer, can feel safe eating. 

We specialize in raising holstein-angus crossbred beef cattle. The best of both worlds- acquiring the superior marbling from holstein genetics, and the exceptional flavor from angus genetics.
