Our bulk pricing is comparable to the prices that you would pay at a large supermarket for their lowest quality cuts - with an obvious quality advantage from us. This is possible, since there are hardly any middlemen, and everything is kept local. It's between us, the locker, and you!
2 / Custom Cut
You get to decide how your beef gets processed and packaged. Decisions like lean to fat ratio, thickness of steaks, steaks per package, size of roasts, etc. are totally up to you! Limit wasteful packaging and make your beef more convenient to use.
3 / Stocked freezer
Stock your freezer, and have long term supply of beef. No more buying beef at the grocery store. A 1/4 portion of beef will typically feed a family of 2-3 for a year. Need beef? Just open the freezer.
