Our beef is available for purchase in bulk quantities of quarters, halves, and wholes. Stock your freezer with high quality beef, customized to the cuts you and your family love!
Buying freezer beef in bulk is a cost-effective way to stock your freezer and keep your family fed with high-quality meat throughout the year. You are able to choose exactly how it gets processed (e.g., thickness of steaks, size of roasts, etc.). See images below for an example of what each size of bulk beef might look like.
We utilize both Eureka Locker in Eureka, IL and Raber Packing in Peoria, IL. If you have a preference, please specify when you order. Once your beef is at the locker, processing takes 3-4 weeks before your beef is ready to be picked up.
